The company kept me updated with a bird’s eye view of the project (via photos) as the work progressed under Robert’s supervision. Their transparency definitely helps with any customers who are concerned about deceptive practices in the industry. Bob is very responsive as well so ask questions if you are ever uncertain of anything. The project was completed within the estimated timeframe to our satisfaction."

"Be sure to look up "Chicago Roofing Services INC" -- emphasis on the "inc" -- since this seems to be a new listing, probably in an attempt to hide the bad reviews. It was a nightmare working with them. We hired this company in late 2023 to do a complete tearoff and install, and now in mid-2025, we are replacing the poorly installed roof. (There are detailed reviews over on the "inc" Google listing as well as the BBB page.) None of the work was done to National Roofing Contractors Association's standards. We hired a roofing consultant and, unfortunately, we were given a 17-page document highlighting all of the work done incorrectly, including water "ponding" in 3 areas on the roof. In addition to the poor installation, while the project was underway, Chicago Roofing Services' inadequate protection of open areas resulted in $600k of water damage, affecting nearly all condos in our building. It was the insurance claim from hell (they had inadequate insurance, btw, so we used our own), the building needed remediation and we had to move out of our homes. I would avoid this company -- they lack the proper contractor licensing, their work does not meet standards, and their insurance is inadequate."
