"Review three years ago--We have used Halo for maintenance and repair. The service technicians are professional and they arrive on time. Highly recommended. New review--We have had a great experience with Halo until the past year. They installed 2 units at rental properties. One has some issues that should be covered by warranty, but we can't get them to respond to calls or emails. We also asked to have the yearly maintenance work done at a condo. 4 months later and many phone calls later, it is not done. Looking for a new company. Review #3. We are still being "ghosted" and when trying to send a certified letter, it was returned because the address on the website is a storage unit. When I called to get an address, I was told that there is not address and that they could not give out an address or phone number of an owner. Very poorly run business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
"I had been using Halo Heating & Cooling to service my ancient AC unit and heating unit for the last two years. The AC stopped blowing cold air on a Sunday. I called the office first thing on that Monday morning and they had someone out that afternoon to look at it. The compressor was dead and it would be too expensive to replace so I decided to get a quote on a new unit. I got a call that afternoon from the owner Chris with the price, which was so reasonable, and he explained things where I could understand and gave me the information on financing which I was able to get squared away that afternoon. They were able to get the new unit installed the next day. James and the crew that came to do the install were very professional and worked all day to get the unit installed properly. I highly recommend Halo to anyone looking for a great company that does great work for a reasonable price. Thanks so much Halo!!"
"I had a simple installation of 2 Nest learning thermostats right after Christmas and Halo exceeded my expectations by far. They were able to accommodate me within 3 days of my initial phone call. The technician was early and ultra polite. He was downright a great person. He explained things in a way that I understood and even gave me a little Nashville history lesson. I just moved. He also looked at the way my new construction home was built and pointed out inefficiencies as well as things to improve them and alternatives to replace them. He let me know that they do not work off commission so he could be honest with his opinions. I was very satisfied with the work and will call them with all my needs in the future."
