"My first experience with Zepsa was excellent. My scheduled appointment was at 5pm due to work, but Larry called to say he could come earlier in the day in case somebody was home in the heat. I thought that was a nice touch. Larry was able to diagnose and resolve the AC issue quickly, explaining his thinking along the way. He was also great at giving honest, thorough answers for any questions I had. He also provided several options along the way, with an honest analysis and explanation of each. He also had a great sense of humor and was in the best most possible mood for somebody that had been up since 4:30am working in the heat! I'm always a bit cautious finding new contractors, but Zepsa is a company that has certainly restored my faith. Definitely recommended!"
