He handled my winter maintenance well, and I recently had him back for the summer checkup. It was clear the previous homeowners hadn’t maintained the AC units—they were filthy and both needed a deep cleaning ($100 each). Jesus performed extensive testing on the units, which was much more detailed than what I was used to with Four Seasons. He found a faulty capacitor, showed me the readings, and explained everything clearly. I even double-checked the process on YouTube, and everything he said and did checked out.
