"Company will not even give quotes for materials without coming in person, creating an account, and showing copy of license. No problem doing that if I liked the quote. Who in their right mind is gonna go through all that just to get a quote on materials? Would highly recommend giving quotes over the phone if you would like to get new customers to sign up."
"Some of the staff seems to be ok, but there was what sounded like a young African American female there who when asked about the costs of my order, was very rude and sarcastic. She started off telling me they don't add any cost to what the manufacturer is charging them. She gave me a cost was $150, then went to $148 and also gave me different figures when asked what the total with tax would be. When asked about the discrepancy in what she was saying, she got loud, which is completely disrespectful and unacceptable. She definitely needs to further her training in customer service or else find a different role to partake in. ."
