"I'm not sure if this company is still operating, but I have contracts with them to perform routine HVAC tune ups. I've never received consistent service from them. They continue to charge my credit card though. I've been unable to get a hold of them via phone nor email for over a month! Last I spoke to someone they informed me that their account manager had left, but they would schedule the fall tune ups. They never scheduled the tune ups. I emailed them 2 weeks ago requesting cancellation of the contracts and a refund. They can't continue to charge my credit card! This has been a waste of time and now I will need to begin disputing the charges with my credit card company :( **Update: Disputing the charges with my credit card company got me my refunds and I'm no longer being charged by this company."
