"Scheduled a time for an electrician to come out and give me an estimate They were supposed to be here at 10:30, at 3:30 they still had not showed up. I Called and was told that they felt the could give me an estimate based on pictures I had sent them. I was originally told that they would need access to a box that was in side my garage so I had spent the day with my garage door open to allow them access while I was working. If they could do an estimate from pictures, why did they schedule someone to come out in the first place? Something is not right with this company. Told them never mind if they are this hard to try to do business with, I cant imagine the headache of actually being a customer."
