"In short- Very friendly and efficient and would defiantly use them again. We were having issues with the power going out on our entire second floor and figured out that an outlet in the master bedroom was the cause. We were worried that there was loose wiring and worried that it could be a fire hazard. I called for a quote and the owner called me back. He was very informative (not one of those that only give you the rates and tell you that they have to see the problem before telling you anything). Even though it was already the afternoon they were able to get an electrician out the same day. (We got lucky as they had a guy not very far from where we live finishing up a job around 3pm.) No complaints about this electrician. He was also very nice and was able to fix the problem pretty quick. Only negative is that they don't take credit/debit cards and no one told me before everything was fixed. Luckily we had some emergency cash in the house. This is the first time I have ever hired an electrician, so I'm not sure if their rates are high or low, but $110 was completely worth having someone come out the same day to make sure we don't have an electrical fire especially since we keep my 3 week old daughter's bassinet not very far from this outlet!"
"Bill came out to the property, looked at the work , took down contact information and said he would provide an estimate via email. He never responded. When called about the estimate he said it would be on its way. Never responded. It was a small job, $3,700 and Bill could have said it was too small or that it did not fit his schedule but instead he chose to simply blow it off. As that is his customer service and his consideration of others time he would never be a person/company I would contract."
