"I called Bright to fix electrical issues caused by my former contractor that attempted to install a new ceiling fan in my living room and replaced every switch and outlet in my home. There were multiple outlets and switches no longer working and the power to whole sections of my home started to randomly lose power. Within minutes of my request to speak with a professional electrician I was contacted. He assured me that he could take care of it and was very flexible in scheduling. I work M-F days and breaking away is difficult, so he agreed to a specific time to meet me at my home during my lunch break and was waiting on me when I pulled into my driveway at the exact time promised. I showed him the problems that I was aware of, but also expressed concern about the other areas so he agreed to do a complete check over on the switches and outlets. I was very nervous about leaving him in my home without me there but he put my mind at ease with the professionalism he showed. A few hours later I received a text letting me know that he was finished and all issues had been resolved along with a detailed description of his findings and what he had to fix.. there was a lot. To ensure I knew that I was being treated fairly, he also took photos of each problem area that was addressed, explained how it was an issue, the dangers that the issues posed, and how he resolved it. I would highly recommend Bright and will make sure my friends and family know who to call going forward for any electrical work that needs to be completed competently and quickly.
