They automatically charge a “special job” fee no matter the scope of work, and they send out multiple technicians—then bill you for each one—even when the job clearly does not require it. This results in an excessively high invoice for what should be a straightforward repair. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability afterward. Once I questioned the charges and tried to speak with someone to understand or resolve the bill, I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I followed up multiple times and was given the same promise with no follow-through. If you value transparent pricing, honest billing, and basic customer service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company’s practices feel misleading, and their unwillingness to communicate after taking your money is extremely frustrating."
