"I gave 2 stars because Emily at the office seemed professional when I called to inform her of my experience with their company. Today we had 3 men at our property to do maintenance on a condo owned by one of our residents. When I approached them I asked which unit they were heading into, as we have a policy against unknown and unapproved vendors on our property. I was told by the crew leader that because he didn't who I was, he wouldn't provide me that information. I identified myself as the maintenance coordinator for the property and he still refused. As I was continuing my daily business on property, the crew lead saw me again, where he apologized for how he refused but he wasn't comfortable sharing his customers information. I told him that it was a policy that i'm paid to enforce as a measure of security to our residents. As they were exiting the building, I caught them in the elevator as a courtesy so I could share with them the rules and regulations for the property. I thought I could set proper upfront expectations for how we should work together in the future if they wanted to continue business but instead, I was met with an attitude by their leader who said that the rules didnt matter, he would never work here again. He then continued to belittle me and my staff for our process being harsh and rude and asked us if thats "all we had been doing all day" " waiting for us to leave?" They are now not allowed on property Best of luck to the owners dealing with this one, Your reviews aren't horrible, I'd hope that you would pick staff that would reflect that reputation."
