"In May 2022, I purchased a Generac whole home generator and premium diagnostic plan from Midwest Electric Generator. In May 2022, demand was high and supply was limited across the country. Midwest had equipment available. Their trained technicians promptly installed the equipment. I am a busy professional with limited knowledge beyond the basic operation of the generator. For that reason, the premium plan was important and essential. It was money well spent. Midwest routinely provides updates, notifies me when my system is off- line, and provides annual equipment maintenance. Every technician that has serviced my equipment is skilled, knowledgeable, provides excellent customer service, and is happy to answer my basic questions. Today, February 6, 2025, Tony R serviced my equipment in the bitter Minnesota cold. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism.
