"Worst experience ever! Answering service was rude, could not provide information and was the worst customer experience ever. We initially called for emergency service and after three hours no one had responded to the home. We called the service back and they indicated that it would be unlikely we would hear from someone for up to three days!!! That was never told to us on the initial call!! When we asked if service could be done today, she said she could not provide that information. Then she hung up on us!! If I could give zero stars, I would!!"
