He reset 3 breakers and changed 2 outlets and a switch. He insisted these things would help him get the heater running. In the end the heat was still off and I was still out the $365 repair fee and the $65 emergency fee. $430 and what was broken before the work he did was still broken, nothing changed. Also, be warned, he will tell you he only takes cash."
