"Our original contact was made with Charlie in the early part of July. Showed up on time, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Patient about all my questions. Felt our pricing was fair as we (my husband) ended up doing a majority of the prep work. Our installation was scheduled for 8/5. They showed up during the time slot provided to us. Johnny and his crew were organized, professional and friendly. They were able to get the job done quickly and answered our questions along the way. Had us look at the job at the end and stated “don’t hesitate to call should there be a problem or questions afterwards”. After the 72 hour wait to mist the edging, we noticed some concerns. Due to the lifetime guarantee I didn’t hesitate to call. I ended up speaking to Olivia. She asked for some pictures to be sent, of which I didn’t mind. I followed up with her within a week, and she sent an appointment for Brandon to come out and take a look. Within another week he was out. Again, on time, very professional, friendly and didn’t make me feel like I was being unrealistic of my concerns. He stated he’d contact Olivia and she’d get back with me on a date a crew would be back out. New date was set for 8/25, as they worked to accommodate my request before end of the month. Again, Johnny and his crew showed up on time, along with Brock and his crew shortly thereafter. All once again, very professional, friendly and handled the task at hand quickly. My husband and I are extremely happy with end product and would recommend AE Landscaping, as we know first hand they stand behind their work and product."
