"Well we gave them a second chance, and this time was worse than the first. Thursday they said they came by and no one answered. We have 4 dogs and we work from home, no one came by, there was not one bark heard lol. But i let that lie go, and they said they would be back out Friday afternoon. Well we waited, and waited got a txt message at 4:45 saying they were on their way, pic of the tech and all. By 7pm it became obvious they werent coming , again. Back to back No call No shows. We txted back they didnt reply. Absolutely awful company ran by horrible people. Who No calls No shows people anymore? I guess the answer to that is AirServ. *****Update***** they finally called a week later and had the nerve to insist they showed up and knocked on the door. I added a pic from my office of how close I am to the front door. So i gave up on them. Then on Nov 4 i saw a charge come thru for an Aire Serv subscription for maintenance for $26. Lol so i ran thru my statements, they’ve been charging me $26 a month since June. Sp they added a subscription that we cancelled back on, charged me for months, then lie about showing up, then charge me again after refusing to show. You cant make this stuff up. Ive had to contact the BBB just to get my money back. Run away from this company. Really fraudulent like activity from these guys"
"I had a great experience with AirServe from start to finish. Alex came out for the initial diagnostic and quickly identified the issue with my furnace. He was very polite, respectful, and informative, explaining exactly what he was doing and what was wrong. I signed up for their service program and received 15% off my services, which was a great bonus. When the warranty control board arrived, Tyler came out to install it. He was kind, upbeat, and had great energy. He realized the control board sent was the wrong one, not AirServe’s fault at all, and went above and beyond by contacting multiple suppliers to find the correct part. He returned the very next day as promised and completed the installation. While working, Tyler also noticed an issue from my new home’s construction where a safety component hadn’t been connected, which had caused my water pan to overflow last year. He fixed it at no charge. He was quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful. I’m very glad I signed up for AirServe’s service program and feel confident knowing they’ll inspect my units twice a year and provide ongoing discounts. Highly recommend!"
