There was a restructuring in the company which caused a bit of a delay and confusion. Amy took the time to hear the problems and I feel took a personalized approach to go above and beyond to expedite parts and labor to get the unit fixed. There are many times that as a customer we are told that a company will get back with you, you then wait by the phone all day to just not ever hear a word, having to then start the same process the next day. My conversation with Amy was informative, specific, and solution driven. She ensured that I had been heard, and lined up the speediest actions to get it taken care of. The next morning we had priority service as she had said and the problem was fixed.
