"Wow! Walter has literally become my go to for most things home related. He and his team have been incredible to work with! He has assisted in repairing mistakes or necessary repairs from other companies error. They have always been a top recommendation of my teammates vendor list and I finally had the chance to call him. He has walked me through the entire replacement process of my HVAC, furnace, condenser and while at our place, did the same for our neighbor, an estimated provided he did not have to do. When on our roof the first time, he was gracious enough to remove debris from multiple drain spouts to assure no overflow for our neighbors, elevated legs of roof top furniture pieces that were puncturing the new membrane of our roof, just because it was the RIGHT THING TO DO. Walter and his team have since repaired an emergency situation for my client, my home 2x, my neighbor, and they will continue to be on speed dial.
