He came and fixed my issue with no problem. He was in and out quick and I just love the customer service that he provided for me on a day when it a 95 degree in your house just as hotter as outside. "They came out to repair our unit, but left it inoperable for 2 days. I was told when the guy left that he would be back tomorrow to finish the work, or that someone else would. Haven’t been able to get a straight answer or cool air for 3 days now. Would not recommend if you are expecting a prompt repair in the middle of summer."
