"Company tried to sell me an entire new system when i asked for the condenser fins to be combed and repaired. Service tech said it couldn't be done. Called another company out and they were able to repair the fins as the unit was working fine. Talked to the "manager" as sheso rudely was insistent to collect on a $110 service fee and although i explained that their tech wasn't willing to do what was requested. Pictures are before and after"
"Devon came to my house to check out my AC for the season. I have never had a technician take as much time as he did. Never. And I’m in my 70s. He was amazingly thorough.
