"Excellent Emergency Service, but Pricey Parts! I had an emergency furnace issue and called Chapman Heating & Cooling. They were able to send a technician out within a few hours, which was a huge relief. The HVAC tech was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. The repair was done efficiently, and my furnace has been running great since. The only downside is the cost of parts during an emergency call—pricing was significantly higher, over 50% more than typical retail. I understand emergency service comes with a premium, but the markup felt steep. Overall, the fast response and quality of service were excellent. Just be aware of higher-than-normal part costs if you need emergency repairs."
