Their blatant unprofessionalism and dishonest financial representation vs billing practices have much to be desired. Do not entrust any of you or your client’s time or energy in this business because they absolutely do not deserve it! Most established lawn care/snow removal services have a commitment when dealing with clients and realize how essential it is to seek to understand when they reach out to you with questions and/or concerns. Displaying dismissive language in client dealings and a “take it or leave it” attitude is completely unacceptable and more than that, it’s un-American. There are many reputable services as this in our county and bordering states to choose from. Please make sure that GreenSite, specifically Estephani Rubio is never one of them!"
"Rubio is terrible to work with. His mowers knocked down an old gate of mine and never informed me. I asked that I be informed if something like that happened again.. no response. Then the mowers kept breaking my new gate and I asked 3-4 weeks in a row to please stop going through the gate as they are rough with it and will break it. Well... they did. The spring was popped and putting it back on they stretched it out and broke it. I had a face to face meeting in which I asked for an apology from him.. Never got one. He stared at me the entire time and would not acknowledge me at all. I talked to other women in my HOA who have had similar experiences with him. Then he took revenge when I informed my HOA of what happened and refused to mow my lawn for 3 weeks even though we had agreed after I told him several times in email and person just do not touch my gates and I will leave them open for you. It wasn't until I posted on FB on my HOA site that Rubio finally did mow the lawn like he was suppose to. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business. Especially if you are a woman or believe that women have equal rights."
