"Absolute HORRIBLE service! W &W was scheduled to repair our ac unit that went out in the middle of the summer via property management! He came out but did nothing to fix the issue. I had to go through the night with 85+ degrees temperatures in my home with my infant children and asthmatic wife. When trying to reconcile the issue, the lady who answers the phone is incompetent and a poor attitude. When asked to speak with someone who could help, she responded to my wife as being “Hateful” and hung up the phone. The technician lied to our landlord saying he fixed everything but never came inside to check anything. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy and if I could give 0 stars I would!"
