I was surprised that the owner Mr. Wilson came to our home and did a full walk through of our system and configured our thermostat. He took the time to explain how all our systems worked including the heat pump, furnace, humidifier etc. He didn’t charge for this visit which was such an unexpectedly nice customer service gesture as we could tell Mr. Wilson cared about building a lasting relationship with us. "The men came and fixed the problem immediately! Resealed the boot around the vent pipe and reattached where it had come apart in the attic. Took pictures to show me the repair and engaged in friendly conversation. First repair in 4years after installation of new unit. Great track record and maintenance.
