Sean arrived aware that I have appliance insurance and must utilize the company designated by the insurance provider or incur additional costs for system replacement. Sean was incredibly helpful as he conducted his assessment and concluded that I needed a new HVAC system, providing me with an estimate while understanding that I would need to work with the appliance company recommended by the insurance provider. He was not obligated to provide me with an estimate or to review the quote I received from another company to ensure it was reasonable for a new HVAC system, yet he did so out of professionalism and empathy for my frustration with the three different HVAC companies sent by the appliance insurance provider.
