"Javier and his crew did an amazing job on landscaping and recapping our stairs/entryway. For the initial estimate, Javier came to our condo building and did a walkthrough (our other bids gave us online estimates only). Then he followed up with renders and recommendations. Scheduling was quick. Javier was able to squeeze us in before a big job so we could enjoy the new lawn asap. On the first day of the job, we hit a curve ball as we discovered a rotten wood structure beneath the stairs (which caused our stairs to cave in). So we had to rebuild the stairs instead of just recapping it. Javier quickly came up with a plan and kept things moving instead of rescheduling the whole project. In the end, we only added a couple more days. Thanks Javier and his crew. They showed up every morning before 8am to start. It was also super helpful that we saved the parking space in front of our condo for the crew for loading and unloading. I'd definitely recommend Medina!"
