"Great experience. Jose stopped by about 8PM on Tuesday. He examined the equipment and shot me straight. Provided an option to fix the issue and reached out to a coworker to walk me through the purchase of a new unit. Chris stopped by the next morning and was thorough while explaining the entire process. We made plans to have a new system installed two days from committing to purchase. Wednesday evening I received a text saying they can install the next morning. Man....I wish I could remember the name of the 3 guys that installed everything.....they were excellent. Took about 9 hours and I don't think they stopped working the entire time. Made sure I was completely satisfied prior to packing up all of their equipment. Not trying to tell the owner of this company how to feel, but please be proud of your employees (I'm sure you are). They made you and your company look fantastic. Pretty good team you have there. Again, a great experience."
