"Thiele is always so good to work with. Had a Technician out for our annual furnace maintenance. When he saw that the "water pad" on the humidifier desperately needed to be changed, I confessed that we had "skipped" our maintenance last year (just never got around to calling to schedule). No shaming, just helping us see why it is so important to change it, then showed us how we can change it ourselves if we want to. Great guy (we've never had a not-so-great guy from Thiele). They're the best!"
