"John H. helped us with an emergency repair on Friday evening as the heating system failed in extreme temperatures. He called us back quickly, answered all questions, arrived promptly and was extremely courteous and professional. Thankfully Top Notch had the exact spare part we needed in their warehouse to fix the heater they had installed 26 years earlier (thank you!)!
