"I would definitely give them a zero star if I could. I purchased two top-of-the-line ADA toilets a couple of weeks apart. Going through two major bathroom remodels, which has been very stressful. We wanted the plumber to install the toilets and not the contractor so that we could make sure that they were installed properly. Today was the day we would finally have the toilets installed and be done with the two projects. The plumber realized Neenan did not give us an ADA toilet which we had paid for, but rather a standard height toilet. One was correct, one was not. This is problematic for my husband to get on and off of. Instead of apologizing for the problem, we were met with a poor attitude and no good solution to the problem. Blamed it on a “shipping error.” My plumber spent 30 minutes standing around while discussing it on the phone. It seems the quicker and more customer friendly solution would have been for you to bring the correct toilet out to the job site.It was suggested to us that we should have our plumber drive out to get the proper one. Since I was unwilling to pay an additional service charge and put him even further behind for the day, this was not an option for us. Shame on you, Neenan! If you valued customer service, you could have at least delivered a toilet seat, which would fit the improper toilet we received. But, instead, you had me do that. The only thing that makes me feel better about this situation, Is that the contractor, the team of painters, as well as my plumber heard how you talked to me on the phone. They know not to refer any of their clients to Neenans in the future so that possibly no one else will be dealing with this situation."
