"Marco visited our building, assessed the problem, and installed two new Bradford hot water heaters. He changed the way the hot waters were plumbed from one feeding into the other (series) to both of the new heaters simultaneously feeding the building (parallel). He did beautiful work with crimped connections, it really is almost like piece of art and incredibly he and his assistant did all the work in one day (including removing the old water heaters and buying the new ones).
