Once David and I coordinated a service time he was not only on time, he was really friendly and was able to figure out my issue rather quickly. We were really hoping the wall wouldn't have to be gone into and David determined that wasn't the case. He also took care of another problem we had while present. Not being able to pay the day of service was different for me and not knowing the amount owed the day of service but I feel the pricing was good.
