I initially hired them to address a clog, which was claimed to be resolved, but the issue persisted. Despite being charged $190 for an hour of work, the problem was not fully resolved. A few days later, they returned and charged us an additional $290, citing a different clog, which was clearly the same issue. When attempting to discuss the situation with the office manager and plumber, I encountered aggression and a lack of willingness to provide clear details about the work performed. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially since they are a local business. Additionally, I was uncomfortable with a comment made regarding our financial situation, implying that we should be able to afford the charges. Overall, I am dissatisfied with both the service and the manner in which this situation was handled."
