"Woke up this morning with my sump pump alarm going off at 5am. Checked the power and pump were on but no water being ejected into the yard. Low and behold the above ground discharge pipe was frozen which caused the pump to alarm. Green Tech Plumbing was called at 6:30a, they arrived at 7:45a and proceeded to cut the existing pipe and installed a temporary line that I will reroute in the spring. Fast, efficient and resonably priced. By 9a they were gone and pump is discharging as designed."
