When I called Home Heroes, I actually talked with a live person who was very pleasant and quick to answer my questions. They scheduled to come out in a few hours the same day. The service tech was here earlier than expected. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and fast to disassemble to diagnose the problem. I was given a verbal concise estimate by the technician. After I verbally approved the repair they emailed the estimate in written form and notified me parts were on order with the expected delivery time. Furnace was up and running with the new parts within 48 hrs. Highly recommend these guys for fair pricing, quality, fast, knowledgeable, reliable service. They will definitely be my go to should I have any other future needs."
