"Disappointed with the lack of accountability. I recently purchased a renovated home, and the previous homeowner informed me that this company did the plumbing. Due to improper installation of hot and cold water lines, the toilets cracked. When I contacted the company, they said the warranty was expired and not transferable—despite the issue being a clear installation error. I can’t recommend a company that won’t stand behind the quality of their work."
"One of their trucks on Houston levee road this morning, pulling a small excavator cut off 3 vehicles. And I think it was intentional, did not even try to slow down, literally forced himself all the way across 3 lanes of traffic and cut 3 vehicles off, so he didn't have to wait for an opening in morning traffic. Very dangerous move at seven thirty in the morning with all the school traffic."
"Would not recommend. They were responsible for the plumbing in our house. After moving in we discovered there was a problem with the sewage not draining properly. 3 other plumbers came out to give advice and all 3 said it was not done at the proper grade. That it was trying to flow uphill and well we all know that doesn't work. After we found out Legacy did the plumbing we called them to see if they would fix their mistake. They said it was probably due to settling. I don't think so. Our house is at the bottom of a hill and they connected it to the city at the top of a hill. It should have never been connected there according to 3 other plumbing companies. They refused to help unless we of course hired them to fix what they should've done in the first place."
