"I had an excellent experience with Miguel & Sons Plumbing Services. Josiah was able to come out the same day I called, which was a huge relief. He really knows his plumbing and took the time to explain what was wrong with my water heater and how it happened. I noticed my water heater was leaking after I tried changing the anode rod myself to fix a bad smell in the water. Josiah explained that using a water softener can be good for your home’s pipes, but it’s tough on water heaters if you don’t check and replace the anode rod every few years. No one had told me this before, and I learned it’s important to keep an eye on the anode, especially with a softener installed, to keep everything running smoothly. He gave me a fair quote for a new water heater and even suggested I compare prices, but after seeing how helpful and honest he was, I knew I wanted to stick with this company. It’s rare to find such genuine service these days. I also appreciated learning that they are veteran-owned. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend them for any plumbing needs."
"we have used miguel & sons plumbing services before and have always been pleased with their work. when we found a leak under our sink, they were the first ones we thought to call. we called on a monday and got an appointment for wednesday, which was fine since it was just a spare bathroom. ruben showed up on time and checked everything out. he couldn't find an active leak but did spot some corrosion on the pipe under the hot water handle. after talking it over with us, we decided it was best to replace the whole faucet. ruben went out, picked up a new faucet, and installed it quickly. everything works perfectly now and the job was done neatly and professionally. overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs."
