He predicted the problem accurately based on past experience and then replicated the problem in my prewsence to confirm his diagnosis. He worked up several alternative proposals and then talked thru the pros and cons of each. He left and was back within 45 minutes with the repair part and finished the job within 30 minutes. Brian And his apprentice were extremely personable and extremely knowledgeable and the field. Explain everything to me impeccably and set up the machine to run as needed.
