"The first service call was unsuccessful with the first plumber that was sent out. Not really his fault, just didnt have the equpment he needed. However, CJ got the job done when he was sent out for the second call! CJ was great all around, from his customer service to his personality. He did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. He explained everyting he was doing, cleaned up any mess that was made and verified everything was working correctly before he left. Highly recommend. Thank you CJ!"
"Poor communication, I have spoken with them 3x and they will not follow thru with the quote but, also won’t tell me why. They came out, further destroying the cover on water heater, took a glance and deemed it bad, told me it would be weeks out for replacement, charged me their fee, and then nada. I DO NO RECOMMEND. Wish I could get my fee back since I am now having to have a second company come out. Worst customer service ever. Update 2/18- I spoke with company based on their reply to my review. They sent out my quote within 30mins of speaking. While they were cheaper than the other quote, they had a long lead time on install, and seeing the thorough inspection the second company did- I can safely say Precisions tech was not good. He pulled back (not unscrewed) the covered bending the metal, said “yup wires look bad it’s fried and old.” Well the second company actually unscrewed the covered and investigated finding four different issues including smelling the burning from fried “circuit panel”. Precisions tech didn’t even put in any effort. The fact it took a poor review to get a response and the techs poor performance, speaks volumes to me and not the type of work ethic I want reinstalling my new equipment."
"It was a challenging install from the beginning. CJ came in and took over after difficulties. He was able to find a solution to get new heater in a tight place. These guys are very prompt and courteous"
