"Very commendable! Jason’s knowledge and expertise with the drive to complete the job was amazing! Long story short, they were installing a new 75 gallon gas hot water heater for us when at completion of the job the digital Gas Thermal unit was inoperative. These guys stayed until I could find a replacement at Mennards completing late night until 7:30pm. “Whatever it takes” was their greed. Thank you Jason and David for all the hard work!"
"Jason and his team at Rapid Response Plumbing were great getting out water heater switched out to Tankless. Cody the receptionist is wonderful with communication and getting tech scheduled. Only thing I would say is the time to get the project done seemed to drag on for days and would have like it to be started and finished same day as discussed, this is the only so called ding I would give them. Overall we are extremely happy that got things done and were nice and cleaned up after."
