"My installer, Thomas, did an awesome job! I only had one day off work and really needed someone to work with my time frame even though it was a short time frame to get it all done. My previous water heater burned, so I had a claim through Lowes to get a replacement and return the old one at the same time. The store took for 55 minutes to figure out how to do the exchange, but Thomas was extremely patient with me while did that. He was very professional with great sense humor and friendly attitude which was very pleasant! His work was flawless and he was neat and cleaned after himself once the done was done.
