Long story short, it’s looking like a damaged pipe the other company missed. Not the news I wanted to hear but I’m happy to finally have the answer I need in this months long ordeal. They also replaced my other toilet that was old while they were here. That was a super quick job. Update to prior review: The pipe has been repaired. The team that did the work were efficient and kept me informed along the way. The price was fair based on our research. I had a follow up concern and the team came back out quickly to assess and put my mind at ease.
