The GOAT was able to send a technician out the next day to assess the work and give an estimate. The following day, another technician arrived to complete the job. The damaged line was cut out and replaced within about 5 hours, and everything looked great. About a month later, we realized that the technician had accidentally cut into our sub pump drain line, and it was leaking. Again, The GOAT sent a technician out to cut out and replace the damaged pipe, with no additional charge. I was very impressed with the swift work, and even more impressed with their willingness to take accountability and fix the damaged sub pump pipe. We’ll be calling The GOAT again if we have any plumbing issues that are out of our DIY comfort zone."
