I liked the infrared system he used to be able to see any issues or nonissues in my ceiling, and he did a thorough inspection of my roof. There was an issue with a small section of my roof and tin vent. "Ruben and his team at A Grade Construction are outstanding. We found them after months of frustration dealing with an interior water issue caused by an exterior problem that our HOA should have been maintaining whether roof, gutter, or tuckpointing related. What began in January with the initial discovery dragged on for months without resolution, and by August, with a newborn on the way, we were at our wits’ end. Ruben was the first person who truly helped us get to the bottom of the problem. He and his team identified exactly where the exterior water intrusion was coming from and quickly put together a clear scope of work focused on the tuckpointing issues contributing to the problem.
