Being a first-time homeowner, and a digital native, I of course started searching for roofers and reviews. Bryant Roofing came up in a Reddit comment, and then a few others. Knowing the other roofing companies that advertise heavily, I decided to go on an individual's review instead and reached out. Within 2 days they sent someone out to take a look, and provided a rough range quote on the spot. After one day they sent me the official inspection results, complete with satellite imagery of the places on the house they feel they would need to fix, as well as a price estimation. I forwarded this to my insurance company as a claim. Throughout the whole process, the staff at Bryant Roofing were responsive, courteous, and explained each step to me. I am finally done with the project and couldn't be happier."
