I contacted him for a leaky flat roof after getting an initial quote from another contractor and Tom was able to offer a similar repair at a much more reasonable cost. Our leak was relatively urgent and Tom was able to come out immediately. He took a look, gave us the quote, and said he can have someone out by 8:00 AM the next morning. Sure enough, at 8:00 AM the next day, Angel arrived and got the job done promptly. The service was fast, the cost was fair, and the communication was excellent.
