I’ve never gone through an insurance claim like this before, but Cliff walked me through every step, from the estimate to the claims adjustment. He even helped me coordinate having the gutters removed and replaced so that the insurance company would reimburse that part of the process, too. They started the day carefully covering all my flowerbeds to protect them from falling debris, and even had someone dedicated to walking around the property throughout the day to pick up litter, so nothing blew down the street, which is something I see happen on other projects. But what really impressed me during the actual installation was that Cliff sent multiple videos throughout the day so I could see the progress as it was happening. I am very pleased with the final product and would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone!"
