"Mark with Downunder roofing was fantastic to work with. We met with him 2 times and he answered all our questions and concerns. He had great recommendations for a screen guy and the guy he used to install the gutters was very nice and pleasant to work with as well. The only small complaint we had was that we found a number of old gutter brackets and screws in the yard after the gutter work was done. Our roof looks great, they paid close attention to detail and did a great job with installation and even added more vents for better ventilation. Mark worked with us well to pick a time at the right temp to install our upgraded #4 shingles which we greatly appreciated. They were done in a full day and a half and we would absolutely recommend Downunder roofing to all our friends and family!"
"We just got a full roof replacement a couple of weeks ago and from start to finish, the whole process was very easy. Christian came out, inspected the roof and recommended submitting an insurance claim. When my insurance company came to do their inspection, Christian was there early to mark the damage that he saw, he spoke with the inspector, then they took pictures of his markings and some additional spots and insurance ultimately approved a full replacement. Christian went above and beyond, answering all of my questions, helping me decide on colors, communicating with my insurance company, etc. On the day my roof was replaced, I was out of town, but Christian kept me updated about the crew’s progress every step of the way. The crew did an amazing job, even when there were a few unexpected things that needed fixing. They also did an AMAZING job of cleaning up; it’s been two weeks now and I haven’t found any stray nails yet! We love the new roof, and highly recommend working with DownUnder Roofing!"
