I purchased a home late last year, only to discover major underlying water intrusion issues that had resulted in extensive mold and wood rot along the exterior of my home, followed by a separate leak on the other side of the house during a major storm a few weeks later. Based on my exceptional experience with Dryfast’s water remediation team, I did not hesitate to hire Dryfast Roofing and Construction for repairs, which included replacing and painting the entire exterior of my 3-story house, replacing several exterior walls, all new wood floors throughout the first floor, some new interior walls/ceiling/trim, new wood stairs, new kitchen backsplash, new fireplace tile/mantle, and painting of the entire first floor. Landin Brown was an outstanding project manager and made this whole process as easy and as stress free as possible. He provided estimates within 1-2 days and had work started within a week of the final agreement. Landin kept me informed daily of the progress and upcoming plan for each week. Any issues that arose were communicated immediately and quickly resolved. The crew members showed up consistently on time, were professional, extremely hard working, and certainly skilled. The pricing was more than fair, the quality of the work was exceptional, and Landin and his team went out of their way to make sure everything was completed how I wanted it.
