"Wonderful experience with Jake Puckett and his team. My partner and I reached out to Jake for a full roof replacement. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and helped us decide on the best options for our home. Additionally, he brought us samples to look over before committing to our new roof. His team came out at the time they said they would, and did fantastic work. They put boards around our lower windows, and laid tarps over our flower beds, walkways, and porch. They had our old roof off within 3-3.5 hours despite being down a team member. Despite the incredibly hot summer day, they had almost all of our replacement done the first day, including a skylight that needed replacing. They arrived on time the next day and had the entire project completed by 9am. During the work process the team was incredibly considerate and cleaned as they worked. They also were very respectful, warm, and friendly anytime we spoke with them. Jake then came out and inspected our attics, the work done, and made sure everything was clean around our home. Home repair projects are always stressful, but Jake was very helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure the process was done well.
